how i can help you

My approach to therapy is integrative, working from a meaning and strengths based approach. While tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs, I focus on self-exploration, self-expression and developing self-trust. I believe in the creative process as a powerful tool for self-discovery and healing. Even if you are not specifically seeking art therapy, incorporating art-making into talk therapy can be highly effective and beneficial in challenging thoughts and facilitating expression.

It is my goal to create a space where all feel welcome to come as they are. I encourage every client to discover their voice and use it in a way that feels safe for them. I aim to honor and celebrate your journey, community, culture, identity as well as their many intersections with you.
