how i can help you

As Arthur Ashe once said, “Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can.” No problem is too big or too small for therapy and I look forward to meeting you where you are as you prepare to take this next step on your healing journey.

My approach to therapy integrates person-centered, strengths-based, neurobiological, and trauma-informed models of therapy in order to best meet your unique needs. Drawing from experience working with Self-Determination Theory, I focus on using the art-making process to foster your sense of autonomy, mastery, and connection in the therapeutic space in order to lay a foundation for self-discovery and growth.

As your therapist, I aim to build a trusting relationship and a supportive environment where you can grow in insight and self-awareness. It is an honor for me to get to know and hold your story, and I will do so with sensitivity and care as we work to co-create desired changes.
