how i can help you

As your therapist, my goal is to help you heal from, and flourish in spite of, the difficult life experiences and challenges you’re facing. I focus on your internal (thoughts and feelings) and external (behaviors, relationships, environment) world to help you better understand yourself and how you engage with life. I focus on deep, honest exploration and insight.

My approach starts with building a positive, warm, and trusting relationship that will provide a foundation of support, encouragement, and connection—key to making sustainable change that will improve your well-being. I firmly believe each of us is made up of many facets which shape our struggles, as well as our successes and hopes for the future. Together, we will work to understand them all.

I love being a therapist and using my passion to help individuals like you change confusion and distress to clarity, connection, and courage. I feel it is an honor to be entrusted by so many individuals to facilitate their process in this personal and vulnerable journey. You’ll feel supported, challenged, and hopeful as we work together to help you uncover a more satisfying and meaningful life.
