how i can help you

My approach is to guide your journey toward healing despite the difficult life experiences and challenges you’re facing. Using the Internal Family System process, I focus on your internal world – thoughts, feelings, sensations, images, a felt sense, or inner voice – to help you better understand yourself and how you engage with life so you can flourish.

We will begin by forming a warm and trusting relationship that will nurture an increased sense of compassion, courage, and connection, so we can explore deeply with an open and curious heart. I believe each of us is made up of many parts or facets that shape not only our struggles, but our successes and hopes for the future. Together, we will work to understand each of them.

I love being a therapist and the shared experience of witnessing as individuals turn confusion and distress into clarity and calm. It’s a privilege to be trusted as a guide during this courageous and vulnerable journey. You will feel supported, challenged, and hopeful as we work together to uncover the path toward a more satisfying and meaningful life.
