how i can help you

My approach to therapy is integrative, with an emphasis on trauma-informed and strengths-based care. I collaborate with each client to tailor treatment to their unique goals and interests, drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches; most notably, Internal Family Systems (IFS), art therapy, polyvagal theory, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Creativity is central to my practice, as I believe that the creative process is a powerful tool for self-discovery and healing.

As your therapist, my primary goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where we can build a genuine, trusting, and supportive connection. From this foundation of safety, we will move at a pace that feels right for you, exploring your internal and external relationships with curiosity and compassion.

I am honored to witness my clients’ healing journeys and to accompany them as they courageously navigate their unique paths through therapy. It is a privilege to support others as they grow in self-understanding and acceptance, discover new perspectives, find meaning and hope through their struggles, and create positive and lasting change in their lives.
