how i can help you

Arthur Ashe once said, “Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can.” No problem is too big or too small for therapy and I look forward to meeting you where you are as you prepare to take this next step on your healing journey!

My approach to therapy integrates attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and person-centered models of therapy in order to best meet your unique needs. With a specialized focused in trauma, I prioritize trust, safety, and connection in the therapeutic space in order to lay a foundation for self-discovery and growth. I am currently enrolled in the Spring 2024 cohort of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) Online Circle through the IFS Institute’s Center for Self Leadership. For those interested in pursuing parts work for trauma healing, I use utilize IFS-informed practices to facilitate deeper understanding of the parts that make up your inner landscape.

As your therapist, I aim to build a trusting relationship and a supportive environment where you can grow in insight and self-awareness. It is an honor for me to get to know and hold your story, and I will do so with sensitivity and care as we work to co-create desired changes.
