how i can help you
My approach is to meet you where ever you currently are in your therapeutic journey. This person-centered approach allows me listen and learn from you, the expert of your experience, which in turn helps us to build a trusting and safe connection, the foundation for a positive therapeutic relationship.
I come from a trauma-informed background and incorporate art therapy, play therapy, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and/or narrative therapy depending on the unique needs of every individual.
I am committed to walking side by side with you during this journey towards healing and championing you every step of the way through this process. As your therapist, it is my goal and honor to be there through the ups and downs, the highs and lows; together we will find the healing path what works best for you and your needs.
