how i can help you

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own experience. I meet you wherever you currently are in your journey — listening first, building trust, and creating a space where healing can unfold at its own pace. This person-centered foundation is paired with a strengths-based lens: I believe that even in our most difficult moments, we carry resources, resilience, and wisdom worth uncovering together.

I work integratively, drawing on trauma-informed care, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and art therapy, adapting my approach to fit the unique needs of each person I work with. Art-making, in particular, offers a powerful way in — a way to access what words alone sometimes can’t reach, to externalize pain, and to make meaning out of experience. Therapy, at its best, helps us recognize the patterns that shape our lives, build resilience in the face of adversity, and find new language — visual, verbal, or otherwise — for all of the parts of ourselves.

Whether through traditional talk therapy or the creative process of art therapy, my goal is to be a steady, genuine presence — someone who walks alongside you through the ups and downs, helps you recognize your own strengths, and supports you in finding a path toward healing that is truly your own.
