how i can help you

My goal as a therapist is to provide a trusting, collaborative, and safe space for you to share and explore difficulties, vulnerabilities, and challenges, as well as create your story of hope and healing.

This trauma-informed and strengths-based approach integrates art therapy, play therapy, mindfulness, nature-based directives, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to help you meet your needs and goals.

It is an honor and a privilege to work with you as you envision your internal and external resources and strengths, find connections, possibilities, and meaning.
